IMPORTANT NOTICE: THE BARRE IS RATED TO 100 LBS MAXIMUM. PLEASE DO NOT LEAN OR PULL DOWN ON THE BARRE.
Studio Barre Installation:
Once the mount is installed, the Barre can be easily attached in two simple steps:
- Insert the two metal arms that hold the bar into the keyholes behind either side of the Studio. Insert the arm at the top of the keyhole, then slide it down into place. Lock each arm in position by pushing the protruding lever down toward the arm. Now your Studio is ready to hold the bar.
- With the caps at the end of the bar unscrewed slightly (1/4-1/2" is plenty), line the T-shaped hook on each arm with the hole on the underside of the bar. Insert the T-hook into the bar, one side at a time, and screw the ends of the caps snuggly into place.
To detach the bar, simply unscrew the caps at each end to loosen, lift the bar up and off the T-hooks, one at a time, and set to the side. Remove the metal arms one at a time at the back of the Studio by lifting the lever to unlock the arm, and then pulling each arm up and out of the keyhole. It's easiest to lift each arm by pulling at the end closest to the Studio screen.
Studio Lift Barre Installation:
With the Studio Lift, the metal arms seen above will connect into slots located on each side of the Lift itself. There are small magnetic covers that hide the bar insert slot. Once these have been installed, the rest is the same as above with the Studio installation:
- Insert the two metal arms that hold the bar into the keyholes behind either side of the Lift. Insert the arm at the top of the keyhole, then slide it down into place. Lock each arm in position by pushing the protruding lever down toward the arm. Now your Lift is ready to hold the bar.
Remove the metal arms one at a time at the sides of the Lift by lifting the lever to unlock the arm, and then pulling each arm up and out of the keyhole. It's easiest to lift each arm by pulling at the end closest to where the arm attaches to the insert.
