Adding or Removing Profiles
Each Studio or Lift will have one main Membership Owner. That owner can then have up to 5 additional guest profiles that can be invited to the owners Family Plan.
To create invite someone to your Family Plan:
- Visit members.formelife.com
- Click Profile > Settings > Under Account, click Profiles
- Click +Add Profile
- Enter guest name and email address
- Guest will verify the email via confirmation email and perform account creation
After the guest account has been verified, they can log into your Studio.
To remove a guest from your Family Plan:
- Visit members.formelife.com
- Click Profile > Settings > Under Account, click Profiles
- Click X beside the profile you wish to remove
- Confirm removal of account
Family Plan Billing
For members sharing a Family Plan, all billing will funnel up to the membership owner. This means any Live 1:1 Sessions or Training Subscription expenses incurred by guests without credit cards will be itemized and billed on the membership owners monthly statement.
Example 1.
Family Plan owner is the only one with credit card on file
- Membership paid by owner
- Any Live 1:1 Session expenses paid by owner
Example 2.
Family Plan owner and Guest Profile A have credit cards on file; Guest B does not have credit card on file
- Owner will have their own charges and Guest B charges billed to the owner account
- Guest A will get be billed separately for Live 1:1 Sessions or Training Subscription
