Live 1:1 Training Policies

What is the cancellation policy?

You may cancel your session with your trainer any up until 24 hours prior to the scheduled session. You will not be charged for the session fee. Cancellations that occur within 24 hours of the scheduled session will be charged the full session amount. Please contact your trainer directly to cancel your session.

Can I have a refund on a training bundle I’ve purchased?

Training credits currently do not expire, so we encourage you to retain your training bundle until you are ready to continue training. If you are returning your Studio or Studio Lift within 30 days of installation, we will refund your training bundle purchase to the original form of payment.

When am I billed for my training sessions?

Training sessions not purchased as a bundle will be billed on a semi-monthly basis on the 1st and 16th of the month, for the previous weeks of completed sessions.

How can I reschedule my training session?

If you need to reschedule your training session, please contact your trainer directly as soon as possible to reschedule for a new date/time. 

Do I need a membership in order to train Live 1:1?

An active membership is required for Live 1:1 training on the FORME Studio or Studio Lift. Membership owners may add up to 5 additional guest member profiles to the Studio or Studio Lift, who can also train Live 1:1 on the owner’s membership. 

Note that a credit card must be on file prior to scheduling your first Live 1:1 session. If you are not the membership owner, you can add a credit card to your FORME account by:

  1. Signing into your account at
  2. Tap Profile > Settings > Account > Payment Info
  3. Add a credit card and tap Save
