My Studio screen is not responding when I touch it

The FORME Studio has an oleophobic coating that makes the screen touch responsive. However, some things can make the screen lose touch responsiveness including:

• Cleaning the Studio with household solvents such as Windex. Read more about the proper way to clean your Studio.
• Keeping the Studio in a non-climate controlled environment (such as a garage) where temperatures drop below 32 F or above 95 F. If the Studio gets too hot or too cold, you might notice issues with touch screen responsiveness. Please keep this in mind when deciding where to install your Studio.
