The audio quality is very poor
If you are experiencing poor audio quality, it’s important for the FORME Support team to know whether it’s happening with just one or two classes, or with all classes on your Studio. If the audio issues are only present with one or two classes, please contact our Member Support team (email@example.com) with the class name and a description of the issue so that we can further investigate it.
If you are experiencing audio quality issues with all of your classes:
- Check to make sure that your Studio is running on the latest software version by tapping Settings, then the System button, and then tapping System Update. If an update is required, the Studio will apply the update and then restart. Once the Studio restarts, begin a class to see if the audio quality has improved.
- If no update is required, try restarting the Studio by tapping Settings, then the Restart button. Once the Studio restarts, begin a class to see if the audio quality has improved.
If the audio quality has not improved, and you are not using bluetooth headphones, try connecting a pair of bluetooth headphones to see if the audio quality improves. If it does not improve, please contact our Member Support team at firstname.lastname@example.org so that we can help you further troubleshoot the issue.
If you are using bluetooth headphones while experiencing sound quality issues, please disconnect the headphones from the Studio to see whether the issues are still occurring with the Studio speakers. If the issue is resolved, we recommend trying a different pair of headphones. If the issue persists, please contact our Member Support team at email@example.com so that we can help you further troubleshoot the issue.
