I’m not seeing any new classes appear on my Studio

Note: new classes will automatically download onto your Studio when your Studio is awake (not turned off or in sleep mode), not during a workout, and signed into your profile. 

If you haven’t seen new classes download onto your Studio recently:

  1. Make sure that you are signed into your account on the Studio. You’ll know you are signed in if you can see your initials or avatar in a circle on the top left corner of the Studio screen next to the Settings bars.
  2. We suggest leaving your Studio on to help promote new class downloads. After ten minutes of inactivity it will automatically go to sleep so that you do not have to turn it off. As long as you’re signed into your account, and the Studio is not in sleep mode, the content should begin downloading. If you would like to keep your class library up-to-date, it’s best to use the Studio regularly and let it go to sleep on it’s own when you finish using it.
  3. Double check that your Studio is properly connected to the internet in order to enable content to download. See Network Connectivity troubleshooting.
  4. Once you have confirmed that your Studio is connected to the internet, double check your network connection speed. We recommend download speeds of 50 Mbps, with a minimum requirement of 25 Mbps. Anything slower might result in slow or inconsistent class downloads.
