I keep landing on the “Select Your Profile” screen when I’m trying to go elsewhere within the Studio

If you are unable to bypass the Select Your Profile screen on the Studio, it’s important to try to send a System Report to our team immediately to help troubleshoot the issue further:

  1. Open the Studio Settings by tapping the stacked horizontal lines on the top left corner of the screen next to the time. Then tap the Settings button.
  2. Next to System Report, tap the Send to FORME button. A dialogue box will appear that has an issue report ID. Please take a photo or write down this number to share with our Member Support team. 

Next, try restarting the Studio:

  1. Hold down the power button on the back of the right side of the Studio for 4 seconds until you see the Studio power off.
  2. Wait 10 seconds, then press the same button again and let the Studio power back on.
  3. Select your member profile. This should enable you to proceed with using your Studio.
