My Studio is stuck on a loading screen when I’m trying to sign into my account
If you are seeing a circle animation on the Studio screen, it’s likely due to a network disruption. If the screen fails to load after 2 minutes, make sure the studio is successfully connected to your network.
Once you’ve confirmed your Studio is successfully connected to the internet, try signing into your account again. If you are still getting stuck, try restarting your Studio:
- Hold down the power button on the back of the right side of the Studio for 4 seconds until you see the Studio power off.
- Wait 10 seconds, then press the same button again to power the Studio back on.
- Select your member profile. This should enable you to proceed with using your Studio.
