Basic Studio Troubleshooting

Sometimes things might get buggy on the Studio, and our Member Support team is here to help, but in case you want to try to resolve an issue yourself, we’ve outlined some initial troubleshooting tips to help rule out basic issues:

  1. Make sure that your Studio is running on the latest software version. Software updates will happen automatically when your Studio goes to sleep, but can manually be pushed too. Open the Settings by tapping the stacked horizontal lines on the top left corner of the screen, then tap the Settings button. Tap the Update button next to Update System. If an update is required, the Studio will automatically run the update and restart. If no update is required, it will show No updates required. 
  2. Make sure that your Studio is running on the latest firmware version too. Under the System Settings, tap the Manage button next to Studio Information. If an update is required for one of the firmware pieces, tap Update. The Studio will automatically run the update and restart.
  3. Try a system Restart. In the Setting section, tap the Restart button. The Studio will automatically restart.
