Basic Studio Troubleshooting

If you’re using your Studio and something doesn’t appear to be working quite right, for whatever reason, our Member Support team is here to help. We encourage you to first try to resolve an issue by following some basic initial troubleshooting tips seen below:

  1. Make sure that your Studio is running on the latest software version. Software updates will happen automatically when your Studio goes to sleep, but can manually be pushed too. Tap the Control Center on the upper right corner of the Studio screen, then tap the Settings tile. Tap the System icon. Tap the Update button next to Update System. If an update is required, the Studio will automatically run the update and restart. If no update is required, it will show No updates required. 
  2. Make sure that your Studio is running on the latest firmware version too. Under the System Settings, tap the Manage button next to Studio Information. If an update is required for one of the firmware pieces, tap Update. The Studio will automatically run the update and restart.
  3. Try a system Restart. In the Setting section, tap the Restart button. The Studio will automatically restart.
