I received an email saying that my membership has lapsed. How do I fix that?

This likely happened because we were unable to charge the form of payment you set up within your account to bill for your monthly membership. To update your payment information, sign into your account on the web app (members.formelife.com) and go to Profile, then click Settings, Account, and open the Payment Info section. Click the card listed on file and add new payment information. Make sure to click Save when you’re finished!
