How does the membership become active on the Studio?

In order to activate the Studio, the membership owner (the person who set up the membership for the Studio) must sign into the Studio first. After that, other members (family, friends, roommates, etc.) can sign into their accounts on the Studio.

If you try to sign into the Studio using an account that does not have a membership, we’ll guide you back to in order to complete your membership setup.

Note: if someone in your household already has a membership, they should sign into the Studio with their credentials first before other members join.
