Why do I need to add an order number to my membership?
If the email address that was used to purchase the Studio is different from the email address being used to set up your membership, we’ll ask you for the order confirmation number from the Studio purchase. That information can be found in the order confirmation email. If you used another email address to purchase the Studio, just check that inbox and look for an email from FORME asking you to share the order details for your Studio purchase. That will allow us to make sure your membership is connected with your Studio.
If someone else purchased the Studio for you, they will receive the same email asking them to share the order details. Once they share the order information, your membership will successfully be tied to that Studio order.
If you choose to bypass this step when first setting up your membership, you can revisit it later within your account by going to your Profile, then clicking on Settings, Account and opening the Orders section.
