Why do I need to add an order number to my membership?

During the membership setup process, you'll be asked to provide an order number. Such order number can be found in the order confirmation email. If you used another email address to purchase the Studio, just check that inbox and look for an email from FORME asking you to share the order details for your Studio purchase. That will allow us to make sure your membership is connected with your Studio.

If someone else purchased the Studio for you, they will receive the same email asking them to share the order details. Once they share the order information, your membership will successfully be tied to that Studio order.
